Nope, Maytag designed this Bravo washer to be well behaved; it's quiet, efficient, and works hard. Your new MVWB800VU washer works differently than most washers that you are accustomed to. The most striking difference is that the top load washer uses a new innovative IntelliClean™ impeller at the bottom of the wash basket that moves your load through a mixture of water and detergent. The load is moved from the outside toward the middle with items coming up in the center and down on the outside edges. This virtually "touchless" system gives you a new clean while reducing wear on your clothes. |

In case you haven't noticed, your new MVWB800VU likes to make doing laundry as easy for you as it possibly can. Automatic water level and temperature controls take the guesswork out of energy-use and wash maximization decisions. In addition, your MVWB800VU features two other automatic functions that further simplify laundry washing. First, the MVWB800VU features an automatic Oxi-Clean fabric dispenser, releasing oxygenated stain-fighters at the right moment during the cycle to remove stains. The Sanitary and Super Wash cycles remove at least 95% of tested allergens, which include dust mites and pet dander. |
Wrinkle prevention |
When Maytag says laundry care, they mean it. Your clothes get babied, especially with wrinkle prevention. When the dryer cycle is over, you can choose to activate the longer wrinkle prevention cycle, which tumbles your clothes every 5 minutes for up to 150 minutes without heat to help prevent wrinkles from setting in. Now that's tender loving care. |

First, a Clean Washer Cycle thoroughly cleans the inside of your MVWB800VU using higher water volumes in combination with liquid chlorine bleach. Second, a Self-Clean Wash and Rinse Filter System filters 100% of the wash and rinse water. The water is filtered through a force filter that traps sand and dirt, flushing them down the drain so that they are not redeposited before recirculating the water for the rinse cycle. Your clothes will be cleaner and you'll save on utility costs by using recirculated water. |
