Return Policy:

Due to delays in the printing of our invoices, some differences may exist in our policies from time to time. Always refer to this online version of our policy for the most recent update.

Total Satisfaction Guaranteed

You can return an item within the first 30 days* from the shipping date. We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise, whichever you prefer. And, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll foot the return shipping bill. Just remember - all returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.


Your Return

Here's what you can expect from Vann's if you decide that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase:

  1. Call our Customer Care team at 800-769-5668 to obtain your return authorization number.
  2. Repack the product in its original packaging with all the original contents.
  3. Write the return authorization number on the label provided in the order, not on the box (please, please don't write it on the box).
  4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization number. When shipping most returns back to us, we recommend you choose UPS Ground service and insure your shipment.
  5. If you've got an overweight or oversized item (like an appliance or really big TV) that was shipped to you by one of our LTL carriers, our Customer Care team will make the arrangements for the carrier to pick up your return, and will let you know any shipping costs before the item is picked up.
  6. You must file a claim within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item from an LTL carrier.

Vann's wants to make sure you have the best experience when you order from us. If you have any questions, problems, or aren't sure about your return, please call our Customer Care team at 800-769-5668 for answers and options.

*Now for a few exceptions (sorry, folks).

  • While most of our products are guaranteed for 30 days, a select few types of products only have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're buying a 47" TV or greater, digital camera, camcorder, computer product (like a laptop, tablet, or software), or any items purchased from our open-box Clearance Center, they will have a 15-day guarantee. Not sure if your product, or the product you're considering, is one of these? Contact our Customer Care team at 800-769-5668 and ask!
  • If a product is damaged or defective when it arrives, Vann's will gladly take care of shipping costs. However, if a product is refused or returned to us that is not defective or damaged, you may be responsible for the shipping costs for it. Also, the product's packaging is designed to protect your item from damage, and may show wear on arrival. Please make sure you open the box and test the product before returning it to us.
  • A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged if your order is not returned inside its original packaging (product packing material and all), or without any its manuals and accessories included. If the UPC bar code isn't present on the box, a 20% restocking fee will be applied as well.
  • You have 7 business days to ship a product back to us after you receive your return authorization. If a product is not shipped back to us within that time, a 20% restocking fee will be charged or deducted from your refund. A product just needs to be shipped to us within 7 business days, actual travel time is not counted against your return.
