| I was quite skeptical about ordering our new TV and surround sound system on line. I did a lot of research and found several people that recommended Vann's. I spent the last 2 months researching all the available brands and stores that sell electronics equipment. After dealing with Shannon at Vann's I can honestly say the entire experience was great! They had the very best prices. No shipping, no tax and offered other incentives on the TV we purchased. I will recommend you and your company to anyone I speak to. | I just wanted to write a brief note about the experience I have had with one of your customer service representatives, Grant. I have had plenty of bad experiences that I always want to recognize those that offer superior service. I have never had a better experience over the phone with an internet store as I have with Vanns. Grant really took care of my issues and I truly felt like he was listening and wanted to please the customer. In this "high-tech" world it is nice to be associated with a company that focuses on "high-touch" and because of doing so Vanns will have a customer for life. | I have no idea what I was thinking when I ordered electronics from Montana. Anyone in their right mind knows you should order electronics from California, New York, or even Chicago. Montana was a mistake, but I think I'll live with it. My 7-10 day shipping came in six. (I wasn't ready yet!) It was package perfectly and even survived a Wisconsin winter UPS delivery. Our UPS drivers are ex-Japanese fighter pilots. Your price on this item was the lowest by far, not mentioning the included shipping. Since I'm not ready to install this DVD/VCR player, I don't know if it works; however, It doesn't seem that I will have much to worry about. It looks like Montana isn't so bad after all. Now, if we could only get you guys to make them in Montana. I have to be careful what I say, since my wife is from Colorado, and thinks very highly of the west. She does think "uses guys" have an accent though. She's been her to long. | The item was well packaged and arrived in the time-frame promised. Vanns' internet site is very easy to navigate, with loads of information on the products they sell. They are also an authorized dealer for each of the items they carry. What amazed me the most was that in spite of being an authorized dealer, they had some of the lowest prices I could find anywhere. Vanns has a large inventory of quality products, excellent customer service, very competitive prices, and a 30 day unconditional customer satisfaction guarantee. I cant think of a better all-around purchase site than Vanns. I will definitely be shopping there again, and highly recommend them to anyone considering a purchase. |
