The GE PB97ST features a sleek stainless steel finish and efficient electric heat power. Its top level stovetop provides three cooktop elements combined into one large cooking area, ideal for griddles and gourmet pans. Also on the countertop are independent 6" and 7" heating elements with melt/simmer options as well as indicator lights for "on" and "hot surface". The bottom level oven includes 3 racks, a 6-pass broil element, and a hidden bake oven interior, which hides the lower oven bake element to eliminate hard-to-reach areas that collect food and spills for easy cleaning. The oven employs self-cleaning and includes a cleaning cream and sponge with the oven.
