Medium Capacity Cooling

The FAK124R1V offers a 12,000 BTU capacity with the ability to cool a 640 cu. ft. area. Three fan/cool speeds control the amount of airflow. Other features include four-way air direction, a fresh air/exhaust vent and convenient electronic controls and full-function remote control. You also get low noise operation and easy casement/slider mounting.

Electronic Controls

The FAK124R1V comes coupled with full-function remote capabilities that give you, the consumer, the control you love at the remote, not the unit. Cool, energy saver and 3 fan modes, On/Off 24-hour timer, auto cool and sleep can be programmed with the remote. Electronic controls offer filter check reminder and clean air features. This unit has multi-step fan speeds with 90 distinct fan settings providing complete control in temperature, airflow and noise management.
