I bought this for the back surround speakers. Im in a situation where running wires to the back is not possible without major remodel. Got the system up in half an hour. I wish JBL would allow the option of using banana plug. I use a lower guage wire and Im having some trouble plugging the wires into the unit. Optional banana plug would make my life simpler. Pioneer MCACC detect the back channels and set up the system perfectly. If putting my ear close to the speakers I can hear the humm but I assume all the wireless speakers will have this issue. In normal listening condition I would not hear it, so no big deal. Compare with KEF this is good enough in my opinion for less than half the price. It comes with remote too but Im not sure what purpose was the remote for. The system shut itself down after some period of no signal. Overall I am pretty happy with the unit and will recommend for those who simply cannot run wires to the back.

Very nice product. I searched for a while and this one appears to do it right. Easy to hook up. Even has a 3rd subwoofer output. would have been nice the sub woofer output was from a 3rd channel Very clear and loud. No issues yet with other wireless items.

Works exactly as advertised. Setup is idiot proof, plug and play in literally minutes for even the village idiot. Feature set is outstanding, especially at this price point sub out, wattage, auto sensing onoff. Does not interfere in my room with cell phones, 2.4ghz cordless landline pohone, or my trio of wirelessly networked laptops.
At high volumes a slight hiss is audible during silent moments, but you have to be VERY close to the speaker to hear it closer than you would ever sit to it, and really be listening for it to notice. For surround duties at the back of my room it is completely inaudible while Im watching blu-ray or TV. Will never run wire to the back of any room for surround as long as this is available.
