This refrigerator Has serious design flaws in the shelving system. Two of mine have broken in less than two years and I have never put more than one gallon of milk and a few other much lighter weight items on them at a time. The replacement parts for one shelf are between $101 and $120 depending on place of purchase. This does not include the glass. It is just the plastic frame. At the current rate of breakage, I will have between $1000.00 and $1500 in shelf replacement if I keep this refrigerator for 10 years.--Dont buy it--it is a piece of junk and Whirlpool does not stand behind their product if it is over a year old.
