Turkey time

The family's all coming over for the big event. It's convect-ed

Now normally, cooking a large bird would require you to put it in the oven many hours ahead of time. With the AER6011VAB, that number is reduced. Why, you ask? Convection. Here's how convection works: Instead of just having a heating element heat the air around your food, a convection oven features a fan that blows the air in the oven around, resulting in quicker cooking times. But not only does convection cut the time you need to cook your food, it does a much better job of heating your meal evenly.

Ruh-roh

Normally, heat is your enemy if you have a spill. For example, let's say one of those pies you were baking for dessert boils over. Normally, that's going to cook onto the inside of your oven until you get out a washcloth for an hour of "quality bonding time" with your range. With the AER6011, though, the heat of your oven actually helps make clean-up easier. Even if spilled food cooks onto your oven surface, you can choose a self-clean cycle, and the length of time you want. Your oven will then heat up to super-hot temperatures, burning the food to a fine powder that can then be easily wiped out of the oven. Further helping to keep messes from being a problem is a hidden cooking element.
