No definition like high definition
When you watch your favorite HD television shows, movies, or games there's one important part: they're in HD. The Samsung UN22D5010 lets you in on full 1080p quality with a thin 1.2" LED panel, and small size that makes sure that your HDTV fits wherever you need it most. A Wide Color Enhancer makes sure you get the best use out of your TVs brightness, giving you vivid colors and incredible black and white levels that make your favorite viewing come alive. Make sure you're getting everything out of your HD sources (thanks to 2 HDMI v.1.4 inputs), no matter what or where you're watching.
More content, your content
Ever felt like you were running out of things to watch? Display your own content on your HDTV. ConnectShare allows you to connect a USB flash drive or compatible camcorder directly to your HDTV to display movies, television shows, photos, and more. With ConnectShare, the only limit to what's on is in your hands.
Black is the new green
Samsung doesn't just preach eco-friendly, they build it into their HDTVs. This LED HDTV is up to 50% more efficient than current ENERGY STAR standards. More efficiency leads to not only more savings for your pocketbook, but better picture quality as well. Responsible energy use has never looked so good.

I like it, and Id buy it again, but there is motion blurring in the picture, and the sound is worse than Id expected, even having read all the negative reviews. I realize that no picture is going to measure up to our CRT HDTV I wish they still made them!, but I thought it would be better than it is. I hooked up a couple of Bose speakers, but theyre too boomy. I hope to find better speakers, but I wont have the nice clean look I was hoping for on our new granite kitchen counters. rfp

I bought this tv for my daughters room, shes only three! So far I am very pleased. I read some of the negative reviews on the sound quality, and I have to disagree with them. I know it does not have very powerful speakers, but what do you really expect people? This is only a 22 inch tv, and a thin one at that! The sound it emits in her room is just perfect, I was actually amazed that it sounded as nice as it did. The picture quality is by far, the best, ive seen in that size range of tvs.

The product fits perfectly under the counter in my kitchen. My kitchen is white, so it blends in nicely. In addition to that, the performance is as advertised. The delivery of the product was very timely and the price competetive with any I checked.

I couldnt be more pleased with my 22 inch Samsung TV. The picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is good. I use this TV in my kitchen and the white color of the TV looks great in my all white kitchen. This is the second Samsung TV I have purchased in the last year and I can personnaly say Samsung is the Best. I say this after spending over two years gathering information and talking with electronic experts comparing Samsung with other HDTV manufacturers.

Very happy with our Samsung TV, excellent sharp picture, color and good sound. The Remote is laid out nicely. Looks a lot better in our Bed Room than the older black Tube TV and consumes much less space. We liked it so well that I purchased a second one just like it. A white TV is difficult to find and I feel lucky to have found one of such exceptional value and quality. Thank you, Ernst R. Feldmann

We wanted a smaller t.v. for bedroom that would fit in an armoire. I had purchased a Samsung PN59D6500 a few months back and was blown away by the great picture, internet features, and although I usually play audio for movies through my 5.1 system, the sound is pretty good even on its own in a very large room. Given this experience, I decided to go with the Samsung 22 inch when looking for a small tv. Like its bigger counterpart - the picture is very good and fine tuning is fairly simple remote and manual is straight forward. The one area of disappointment is the audio quality. It really takes some getting used to - it almost sounds like the speakers are disconnected from the tv and coming from somewhere else and a bit like audio is in a box. Yes, we keep in in armoire but the speakers are pointed straight out into the room and it has plenty of room on either side so not echoing off sides. Overall, very happy with the tv but audio could be much better and is much worse than my old 13 inch cheapie.

We searched the full range of TVs for our kitchen, hoping to find a white set. Dont know why the industry does not make white TVs for the many folks that would like to have a lighter color TV in kitchens or other rooms where black is not suitable. Samsung makes this white unit and it is very attractive with a great picture and narrow frame. The picture was very nice and crisp, but the audio was hollow sounding. The adjustments to the audio were very minimum and could not make the small speakers sound much better.. We should have taken the advise of comments from others.
The bottom line is, it is tough to get much fidelity and low frequencies out of the very small speakers in the thin TV sets. We reluctantly returned the set and decided to pursue a larger 26 inch. We decided that the larger set had better fidelity and adjustability checked it in a local store. Also, we have researched and found some small AC powered computer speakers that we will add to the TV if we find the audio unsatisfactory.
Vanns customer service was very good regarding the transaction.

If you need white for Kitchen or Bath, you can't go wrong with this TV. It is hard to find, and may be discontinued, but it is worth the effort. Because it is LED the picture is stunning, and the QUAM tuner means HD picture without using a cable box. Good for a Desktop Monitor as well think MAC if you are going for that white look.

We owned 2 Sony Bravias and thought they were the best TVs we had ever owned. They had wonderful picture and sound. On Easter weekend, the smaller unit was struck dead by lightning. I replaced it with the UN22D5010. The picture quality is even sharper than my Sony. My husband stands in the kitchen and comments on it. You wouldn't believe how beautiful the cathedral was for the Royal wedding. The picture quality is awesome. BUT -- my former Sony had fuller, more complete sound. No matter how I adjust the Samsungs sound, it can't compare to my Bravia. Had I not had it first, I wouldn't have known. But it bothers me enough that if I need another TV, I'll go back to a Bravia.
