One smooth LED
Okay, you have an important decision to make: if you had to choose, would you rather enjoy seamlessly smooth video when watching sports, or when watching your favorite action movie? Just kidding, it's a trick question — with its Motionflow 240Hz technology, the Sony BRAVIA KDL-46NX810 lets you have both. Motionflow 240Hz technology quadruples the frame rate employed by most HDTVs for fluid, natural motion when watching sports, and accommodates the 24fps rate at which movies are filmed (24 x 10 = 240), meaning that this 46" BRAVIA LED panel is able to deliver your favorite high-action movie scenes just as you first saw them in the theater. Oh, and don't forget, a Full HD 1080p resolution is the ideal complement to high definition Blu-ray Disc media and Playstation 3 content.
The Sony Eco panel
A little-known fact: as long as it's plugged in, your HDTV is consuming power . . . even if the panel's turned off. It's true. Modern HDTVs enter a "standby mode" when their power is turned off, a state that keeps them ready for fast initialization the next time you sit down to watch a show, but that also continues to draw energy. Understandably, these "standby" modes really cramp your efforts to improve your home's energy efficiency. Until now. Presenting Sony's new BRAVIA series of Eco LCD panels . . . the NX810 series. Beginning the NX810's long litany of energy-efficiency design features is a "first' in the world of HDTVs . . a zero-watt Energy Saving Switch. Complementing the zero-watt Energy Switch is the NX810 series' Presence Sensor. Using advanced sensor technology, the KDL-46NX810 detects when you've been out of the room for a pre-determined amount of time — choose between five, 30, or 60 minutes — and automatically turns the backlight off to conserve energy. Great TV. Very easy to set up and to use. Wireless is a real plus as it will be increasingly important with internet TV. I like the thin profile and light weight, especially advantageous for wall mounting. The pricing was well below the competition and delivery was prompt. I should also note that the shipment packaging was of a very high quality. I have had this TV one week and so far no negatives. Note that I do have external speakers as the internal speakers in this unit are not the best sound quality.

I spent one whole year doing research on what tv was right for me. I waited for new models and updates to come out to make sure I wasnt missing out on anything thats worth waiting for. My first choice was the Sony HX-800 but when i discovered this tvs beautiful design and extra features for only a little bit more money, I couldnt resist. After knowing which one I wanted I then looked for the best prices which was Vanns. $1300 for this tv was such a good deal I thought it was a joke at first. Once I did research on the company and that everything they offered was sold at better prices than anyone else I felt more comfortable about purchasing this item. After a quick delivery, I tested 3 movies with all completely different color palettes and lighting levels to really see the tvs potential. First I did The Dark Knight to see how black the tv could really go, then I tested Inglorious Bastards to see an average color based movie, then Avatar to see how bright neon colors would show. I was blown away by its image quality. The rich colors pop and the blacks and whites are top notch for a LED. The extra features are convenient and easy to use. I was thoroughly pleased with this purchase from Vanns.

I went into the Billings store looking at home automation options, and got all the answers I wanted from Shawn. Then I looked around a little bit and Montana Cole showed me a few of the televisions. My wife and I wanted to get a tv, but hadnt seen one that we liked. I showed her the Sony KDL46NX810 online and she agreed that it was a good tv, it would look great where we wanted to put it, so we bought it. Great service, staff who dont push for a sale but know their stuff. I dont shop anywhere else for my home electronics anymore. Theres no need. Theyve got the best deals and the greatest values.

A beautiful TV. We originally went into Vanns to purchase a Samsung television, LCD. The salesperson showed us this LED and it was only a few 100 dollars more. The picture is incredible and it has plenty of features, we were sold! We paired it with Google TV and are very happy. The TV has different picture modes for what youre watching and once you find what works best for your program, youll be more than impressed.
