Breaking the mold
Plasma televisions have always been known for their exceptional picture quality. But they had some flaws, too; notably screens that reflect light, the small but scary risk of "burn-in," and high energy usage. LG's 42PW350 is changing the story, bringing you the great picture you'd expect from plasma without all the drawbacks. This 720p TV features a 600Hz sub-field drive, giving it the ability to handle even the quickest action with so much as a stutter. It's also capable of 1:1 pixel matching on sources up to 1080p and of handling 24p input (3:3 pulldown). It features plenty of different image options, and is ISFccc ready. Once you have your ideal set-up, an image sensor adjusts the on-screen picture to fit the room you're watching it in. Plus, it has three USB ports, so you can easily enjoy all of your own media with the PW350. Perhaps best of all, though, it's 3D-ready. With additional accessories, you can use the plasma TV to enjoy the latest 3D movies and events in HD. However, the 42PW350 also features an anti-glare screen coating and three different ISM modes to prevent burn-in. On the energy front, this isn't your typical plasma TV either. This LG is ENERGY STAR-certified, guaranteeing that it uses less energy (saving you more money) than the competition.

Have only had TV a short time, but works well and has an amazing picture
