The Sony DSCHX7V is that camera. Its professional quality Sony G lens with wide angle capability lets you capture more in each shot, perfect for group shots or landscapes. Even better for landscape photography is the 3D Sweep Panorama capability. The DSCHX7V captures expansive landscapes with the press of a button and produces a brilliant 3D image. If you like to get close to the action without getting in the way, use the 10x optical zoom to pick up fine detail from a distance. When single still images just won't record the moment adequately, use the burst mode to capture up to 10 frames per second. And if that's still not quite enough, record HD video in AVCHD format. You can even burn your movies to a disc and play them back on a Blu-ray player. There aren't many situations the DSCHX7V isn't fully capable of recording with clarity and detail. A 16.2 megapixel resolution means you can print your images, even up to 10" x 13" sizes. For all this technology, you'd expect some clunker of a camera body, but this digital camera measures a little over an inch in depth and weighs a mere 6.3oz. That makes it both versatile and portable.
