Space Saving Design
The space saving design of these amazing speakers allow for incredible sound from small, virtually invisible speakers. The next generation cube speaker arrays are 40% smaller than their predecessors allowing them to blend seamlessly into practically any space. Also, the redesigned hideaway bass module offers deep, rich bass from a unit that can be hidden in a wide variety of areas. The virtually invisible speaker design offers tiny cube arrays that deliver premium performance without bulky cabinets.
Direct/Reflecting® speaker technology
At a live performance, much of the sound you hear is reflected off the walls, ceiling and floor. Only a small percentage - about 11% - reaches you directly. It's this combination of reflected and direct sound that makes live music sound live. With conventional speakers, virtually all of the sound is radiated directly into the room. Much of the spaciousness of the live performance is lost. Direct/Reflecting® speaker technology can recreate the ratio of reflected and direct sound similar to what you hear at a live concert. As a result, you experience the power, impact and emotion of a live performance in your home.

Have always been an admirer of Bose speakers but could never justify the cost. At $400 these are a bargain and they sound great. I was looking for a base response replacement speaker and bought this whole set for less than I would have paid for just that. Easy to use, fills a large room well and plays all music, especially jazz, extremely well. Wish I had bought sooner.

We sent the package back since we were unable to get the sound that we were looking for with the Subwoofer. We purchased the Bose Acoustimass 6 with Bose directly in Ohio and now are much happier. We loved the speakers though that came with the Acoustimass 5 11 and wished that we could keep them. Our experience with your company and the people involved was a great experience and have recommended you to several of our family and friends who have never heard of you.

Having finally bitten the bullet and spent a few hundred hard earned pounds, GBO480, on the system, I consider the same to have extremely well spent!
The speakers look great, they sound superb and the quality of the distortion-free base is amazing. Whether one listens to Classical, Easy Listening, Instrumental, or Pop, the enhanced quality delivered from Bose's fine product has to be experienced to be believed and as one who cannot afford the latest 'Linn' system, priced at a whopping GBP94,800!, my Bose speakers are awesome!

I previously owned a Bose Acoustimass5 III system with the VCS-30 Center/ Surround Speaker package. I first bought the system because my previous Sony System lacked first-class bass with only 70watts powered. I decided to upgrade at first for the better bass response and researched more that the tiny cube speakers that come with it can handle a whooping 10 to 200 Watts! With that extra perk I was totally convinced until I found out it was home theater Expandable . . . like the 200 watts capability was enough, they threw that in too. I was not at the time looking for home theater system at the time so that Acoustimass5 III was enough to keep me satisfied. This became the center of my music system, it offered such rich and clear detail in every crash, ride, and snare drum beats. I listen to music like tool, and a bit of other alternative music. The tiny cube speakers blew my mind when I heard every detail the artist probably intended in having heard in there music. The whole system seemed to seemingly roll off so perfectly. Nothing was left out of my music. Awesome! DVDs then soon caught my ears listening to my neighbors regular Sony home theater system, you can hear very vivid details but I knew the Bose cubed array speakers would be even better. I soon upgrade to the VCS-30Center/Surround package which add the final touches of home theater surround sound experience. Upgrading to that package totally brings out everything the Neighbors system lacked. Excellent sound staging and low audible distortion, I love it! Power handling is just wonderful, need to upgrade to an amp! \^^/ Buying the Bose Acoustimass5 III system is perfect for many type of people easy step by step instructions, expendabilities for all kinds of audiophiles or music lovers. Space saving system that provides space taking equipment that barely taps Boses Two 2-1/2 drivers and Two 5-1/2 High excursion Woofers with 10 to 200 watt handling, Superb! Must Buy! I was a bit uneasy about selling it but I am currently working on a mobile theater system! \^^/

I bought the Acoustimas 5 system to replace my older speakers, which were done in by fungal rot on the foam surrounds.
The sound from the Bose speakers is so far superior that I feel like an idiot for not buying BOSE in the first place, 25 years ago.
I won't make that mistake again.
