The eternal struggle: power . . .
If there's one thing you want your subwoofer to do, it's to fill your room with sound. As one of the most unique speakers in your home audio setup, nothing is worse than an anemic subwoofer sound. Thankfully, the SW310 doesn't suffer from that problem. With a 400W amplifier, this subwoofer can provide an incredible level of audible awe. Not only does it give you jaw dropping home theatre audio, it can also provide detailed, controlled bass that can hang with even the most subtle musical bass line.
. . . versus space
But any subwoofer that can provide that level of power has to be a space-hogging eyesore, right? Not the SW310, it's stylish 13" x 13" x 13" black satin cabinet makes it hip to be square. While you can easily hide this subwoofer, it's nearly seamless design, and incredible sound quality, may make you want to put it somewhere it can be both seen and heard.
Having a BASH
Don't worry, the amplifier in your Klipsch subwoofer isn't coming pre-crushed; its BASH amplifier is a hybrid digital AB amplifier that combines the amazing power output of a digital amplifier with the control of an analog amplifier. With the BASH amplifier as the driving force behind the SW310's 10" woofer and damped fiberglass passive radiators, you can be sure you'll be getting clean, deep bass. Plus, a 4-layer wrapped-aluminum voice coil pushes the sound capability even lower to give you bass you can feel.
Cable conundrums
While we're all for rushing to get this incredible subwoofer into your home, we would be remiss if you didn't have the right cable to get it connected into your home theatre system. This little 13 cube is a great sub for the size, out does my 12 sub and is barely half the size. Not to mention looks great with the dual passive radiators on the sides!

I got this Klipsch SW310 sub on an open box deal. It has exceeded my expectations! Incredible sound for both music and home theater and I really like the small profile. Amazing how much quality sound out of such a small cube! Highly recommended.

I love to have this sub-woofer. I replaced my old RW-12D with two of this in my media room. I am amazed with their punch and clarity. There is no more boomy bass compared to RW-12D. Only drawback compared to RW-12D is less volume. For me it is perfect. The new packing is awesome. Thanks to Vanns. They are the best for AV. Best service than Amazon&Newegg. I brought all my speakers & receivers from Vanns. Great deal, best price & service.

It is a great subwoofer, it puts out tight, clean and deep bass. I bought it when it was on sale for about half off its high retail price with a free wireless kit and for the price it is a great subwoofer. I bought this subwoofer for two main considerations, great performance and small size. I have a large living room but don't have a good place to put a big subwoofer so I preferred a smaller subwoofer and this one is small and nice. It has strong bass that can fill a large room. It does not play loud like some 10 inches ported subwoofers but it can produce clean and accurate bass with fast response. It also can blend well with small satellite speakers too. Overall it is a great subwoofer considering its small size and the sale price.

I owned a Klipsch Sub10 200watt before this and started shopping when it died recently. The SW310 is very small and produces clean tight bass. Ported subs sound louder but they are just a whole lot of droning bass with no punch and clarity. I bought on sale for less than half price w free shipping and a free wireless kit. I dont think I would have paid any more but considering how crisp and tight it sounds I think it was well worth the money. I would give it 2 stars for value if I had to pay full exagerated retail price.

After listening to this speaker at a local store, I realized that this was the subwoofer that I was after. Nice loud clean bass, great design. Unfortunately it was out of my price range at retail of $1049. Vanns had a great sale at $599 with free shipping, It was a deal that I could not pass up. I purchased and is the best subwoofer that I ever owned. I upgraded from polk audio.
