The long-grain structure in the low-distortion, high-conductivity copper AudioQuest uses results in a natural sound, uncolored by the cable. You only hear the distortion you want to hear.

Your new FLX 16 2 speaker cable features tightly packed Semi-Solid Concentric Conductors that create far less distortion than the common high-strand-count, randomly stranded cables. It features 19 precisely arranged, tightly packed strands in each conductor for excellent signal transfer and low distortion. Using Semi-Solid packing, the individual copper strands within the bundle don't change position, resulting in reduced distortion. Plus, twisted pair construction minimizes radio frequency and electromagnetic interference to keep your music noise-free. Get ready to hear the difference.

When you're running wire inside your walls or underground, it's very important, for safety reasons, that you use speaker cable that's approved for that purpose. This cable's CL3 certification means it passed a battery of tests administered by the Underwriters Laboratory (UL) for in-wall usage. AudioQuest's FLX cables are also rated for direct burial. You can run FLX cables to your outdoor speakers and bury them in the ground without a protective conduit. With simplicity of installation in mind, AudioQuest cable comes with sequential inch markings for easy measuring. Whenever possible and for best performance, you should install the FLX 16 2 speaker cable with the handy printed directional arrows running from the amplifier to the speakers.
