The Sonance C4630 SE defines "home audio system". The C4630 SE combines four-source input with six-zone, stereo, 30W-per-channel output, giving you the ability to distribute music from up to four different sources to up to six different stereo speaker pairs located throughout your home. Toss in a CD, queue up your satellite radio subscription, plug in your MP3 player, or set the needle on an LP and listen to any of those sources in six different rooms. And on top of it all, integrated BBE Sound Enhancement technology improves the presence and detail of music, especially at lower listening volumes.

Complete control

When you combine the C4630 SE's six keypad connectors, six zone-specific IR outputs, and RS-232 serial control with Sonance Numeric Keypad Controllers, iPort Music Systems, and IR receivers (all sold separately), you achieve a wide-ranging level of system control. With keypads located in each of the powered stereo zones, or the optional IR remote in hand, you can command your audio experience from wherever you're listening. Further, the included Sonance Control Manager programming software allows a professional programmer to create easy, logical control of the sound in each room and of the system's audio sources, going so far as to set up macro controls to accomplish complex, multi-step operations with the push of a single button.

When six zones just aren't enough

Whether you're taking multi-zone home audio to the extreme or outfitting an office or business with multi-zone audio, sometimes six zones just don't make the cut. Link up to four C4630 SE units together to create an audio system with as many as 24 zones!

Clean-up in Aisle Four

Expanding the functionality of your home audio system, the Sonance C4630 SE features a Paging function. This function allows your system to be overridden by an intercom, telephone system, or microphone preamp output. This feature is ideally suited to professional applications, facilitating communication.
