It might be hard to believe that Maytag's MFX2571XEW, with it's exceptionally roomy interior and fancy features is one of the most energy efficient models on the market right now, but it is. Thanks to Maytag's new Easy Access refrigerator drawer, you have rapid access to your most popular food items while the rest of the fridge remains tightly sealed. Now, Maytag can't prevent your kid from hovering over the drawer for five minutes, mesmerized by the apparent lack of options, but they have at least made the attempt to keep your energy bills down.

A place for everything and everything in its place

You may be questioning this whole drawer phenomenon, but it's really quite ingenious. The freezer comes with left and right compartments, and each compartment has an upper and lower bin. When you pull out the freezer drawer, you're able to slide the top bins completely back, allowing you full view of the contents in the lower bins. The Easy Access drawer is also compartmentalized, with three separate dividers to keep food products from ending up all over the place. And if you have any question as to the fridge, it comes with ample door bins (four full sized and two condiment sized), plus three adjustable half shelves and one adjustable mini shelf.
