The Advantium uses a combination of halogen lights, a warming and proofing oven, true European convection, and full-sensor microwaving because it's actually four ovens in one. The halogen lights sear the top of the food morsel, a heater browns the bottom, and the European convection oven, which is a heating element around the fan, warms the food with the movement of the hot air. Finally, the microwave part cooks the food's interior. These four ovens combine to make the Advantium cook up to 8x faster than standard ovens and eliminate the preheating part of the process! With over 175 programmed food items and 30 custom presets users can set for themselves, the Advantium goes beyond mere microwave to serve delicious, delightful, and decadent food choices.
