| When searching for a dishwasher, it's always nice to look for things like matching exteriors, time remaining displays, and catchy end-of-cycle jingles. But when it comes right down to it, you're looking to buy a dishwasher. Shouldn't that be your first concern? KitchenAid thinks so. That's why, when they built the KUDS03CTSS, they included plenty of nifty features, but made sure to first look at the quality of the wash provided. So, in designing this model, they included a four-bladed solid food disposal, removing the need to pre-wash, and the ProScrub option to remove dried-on food. The four wash arms are designed to give a more consistent spray, which leads to cleaner dishes overall. And KitchenAid threw in four different cycles to ensure that there's always a cycle to fit your load of dishes. It's safe to say the KUDS03CTSS is as tough as its stainless steel exterior. |

| Don't get the wrong idea, though. Just because this dishwasher provides one of the best washes available doesn't mean that you're getting ripped off on convenience features. This model is packed to the top rack with extras to make your life easier. It features Whisper Quiet Plus sound insulation, which, in a normal cycle reduces the sound to just 52 decibels. Optimum wash sensors ensure you get the best wash possible in each setting. The high-quality, innovative racks both feature foldable tines to store all your dishes, and the dishwasher has a total capacity of a whopping 14 place settings in its commercial-grade stainless steel tall tub. It's certified by both ENERGY STAR and the National Science Foundation. There are six different wash options, including a delay of up to four hours. Even the easy-to-use, up-front controls help this dishwasher distinguish itself. A dual-watt drying element and purposeful vent make certain that your dishes are totally dry before the cycle finishes. Finally, the rugged stainless steel exterior does look pretty cool. As you can see, great performance didn't prevent KitchenAid from skimping on other features of the KUDS03CTSS. |
