Logixx Control |

| Logixx Control is the brain of the Nexxt washers. It is the most sophisticated wash selection system in the marketplace that allows you to customize the wash load to achieve the optimal wash results, while protecting the life of your garments. Operation of Nexxt Washers is extremely simple because it is truly logical. Tests show that 90 percent of consumers were able to select the proper cycle without having to reference a Use and Care Manual or Instructions. When you select a fabric type/water temperature, the washing machine will automatically determine every other necessary aspect in delivering excellent washing results. The Logixx System determines the proper amount of water for the fabric type. Logixx Control also selects from five precisely controlled and monitored temperatures for specific fabric types, determines the length of time laundry is tumbled and the amount of revolutions per minute, determines the length of time laundry soaks in the solution of water and detergent, determines the direction laundry is tumbled based on fabric type, determines the maximum speed allowed while still protecting the fabric type, and determines the precise number of rinses and amount of rinse water necessary for the fabric type. Simply select fabric type and water temperature and Logixx Control will automatically determine the wash needs for your garments. |

SENSOTRONIC Plus |
|
| The Bosch Sensotronic Plus package optimizes the wash process at every stage of the cycle. Sensotronic technology senses load size, water level, and temperature needs for superior results. With digital sensors that care for all fabrics including wool, mohair and silk, this machine virtually operates at the touch of a button. The Dynamic Load Sensor ensures precise water levels for your wash load. Based on the size of the load and how much water your garments absorb, at predefined points during the initial fill stage, a pressure switch determines if more water is needed. This "auto load adjust" guarantees water conservation. The digitally controlled Temperature Sensor is constantly monitoring the water temperature. It controls the internal heating element guaranteeing the precise water temperature throughout the entire cycle. The Suds Sensor assesses the degree of suds in the drum. In the event of excessive suds it automatically adds up to an additional 2 rinses to remove any remaining detergent from the load. During the final spin of a cycle, the washer will monitor the positioning and balance of your wash load. If your load is out of balance, the washer will stop and adjust the load up to 15 times, reducing the spin speed to finish the cycle. This process is made possible by the motor synchronization system that measures irregular spinning (fast/slow) or vibration. |

Setting Your Cycle Parameters |

| Cycle options in the Nexxt Washers allow you to customize the preset parameters of a particular cycle for your individual needs and preferences. For example, bleach can be added to selected wash cycles if you desire brighter results for your clothes. Bleach is dispensed into the wash load by adding an additional rinse after the intermediate rinse phase. A Power Wash Option can be added to any wash cycle if your load has multiple types of stains. This cycle starts with a cold water fill, then heats water internally up to 150 degrees F. Five different wash temperatures are automatically monitored for the removal of all stains. An additional rinse can be added to any wash cycle. This extra rinse is a great option for people whose skin is sensitive to detergent residue. Forgot to add that sock or towel? During the beginning of the cycle, you can add any forgotten items and the cycle will continue. |

XXTRASANITARY Cycle |

With this innovative cycle, a thermostat-controlled, intelligent sensor heats up the water to 170 degrees Fahrenheit and maintains the temperature for exactly 3 minutes. After killing 99.9 percent of most common household bacteria, the water temperature is reduced to a gentler 150 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent clothing breakdown. The clothes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with no damage to fibers. |

There is something you need to know up front that separates this washer from most of the pack. Bosch uses a new stainless steel drum design in the Nexxt Washers. The 18 lb. capacity drum, with extra-large 16" opening, is positioned at a 13" incline for an easier transfer of clothes. Your garments tumble in a 3-dimensional direction. The drum rotates through a shallow pool of water held by the tub, where water can run in and out of the drum through the holes, creating the most optimal wash performance with a small amount of water. The drum rotates on bearings for a smooth operation. Stainless steel is smooth and safe against fabric snagging, and does not hold odors, stain, or rust. The drum will last the life of the washer. It is suspended on heavy duty springs for less vibration, which in turn, cuts down noise. The washing cycle operates at 54 dBs. The drum capacity accommodates large family size loads, including king size comforters. |

High Efficiency 3-D Tumble Action Wash System with Archie Paddles |

| The Archimedic "Archie" Paddles are a Bosch exclusive. They are specially designed to provide the optimal tumbling of garments possible in a front load washer. The Archie Paddles are hollow inside to carry water and have a series of holes that expel the water. The angle of the Archie Paddles helps your garments tumble in a highly efficient 3-dimensional direction. The tumbling not only carries the garments around horizontally, but from the front to back of the drum. The special hollow design allows the paddles to scoop up and carry water from the inside. Water saturates fabric quicker because as the drum rotates and the paddles scoop and carry water upwards, water cascades through the holes and over your garments. The quicker garments are saturated, the sooner the Wash Cycle begins. Less time always reflects energy savings! This mechanical action is necessary for improved cleaning results, but at the same time the non-aggressive action is very gentle on the fabrics. |
