280 square inches or 72 jumbo shrimp — choose your units

Don't be fooled by appearances. Just because the Q220 portable grill from Weber® doesn't have the same hulking stature as some other grills, that doesn't mean that it doesn't have the grilling gumption to meet all your needs. First, a 280 square inch capacity cooks up enough space to grill for a crowd. Now, because sometimes a big ol' number like 280 sqare inches doesn't mean a whole lot just by itself, let us convert it into something a bit more useful. Your new Q220 grill is able to handle 14 quarter-pound hamburgers, a whole chicken, 24 jumbo hogdogs, 72 jumbo shrimp, or 3 whole lobsters. Any one of those is enough to feed all sorts of family and friends. Second, a 12,000 BTU-per-hour input with an infinite-control burner valve gives you some serious grilled-to-perfection heat and the optimal level of command. Finally, a stainless-steel burner and porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grate mean lasting durability.

For grilling at home — whether you're cooking for the family or entertaining friends — your new Q220 grill is compatible with the Weber Q 20-lb Tank Adaptor Hose for access to an extended fuel supply. But, say you plan on taking your grill on the road, like down to the end of the block or to the park. The Q220 is already equipped to burn liquid propane from a disposable 14.1 ounce cylinder.
