DiAS (Digital Integrated Alignment System) |
JVC's digital technology helps maximize the performance of regular analogue broadcasts. Because unlike analog tuners which are based on hard-wired circuitry, the all-digital DiAS (Digital Intelligent Advanced Sensing) tuner relies on digital programming on a unified chip to deliver versatile next-generation performance. Its advantages include high sensitivity and selectivity with a 16-bandwidth variable Digital IF filter, digital pulse noise canceller for all three bands (FM/AM), intelligent Multipath Noise Canceller for longer stereo reception, and user-adjustable performance settings such as high cut and muting. |
Looks As Good As It Sounds |
If you want a car stereo that stimulates your eyes as well as your ears, this is the one to go with. PICT (Personalized Image Capture Technology) lets you design your own visual experience. Personalize still and moving images that appear on the display panel of your receiver. Express yourself by creating images and graphics on your computer using JVC's Image Converter software, burn them onto a CD-R/RW, and upload them to the head unit. You can call up the screensaver images you like, and automatically change customized images like a slideshow. The "Image Link" function lets you link an image (a photo of a musician, jacket cover, or even a friend) with an album of MP3 music files, making it easy to identify the music you're listening to. The KDSHX700's 256-Color OEL display provides vivid, clear images and a wider viewing angle, giving superior visibility. Images are unmistakable and text is more legible. |
So Smooth |
The signals passing through the KDSHX700 are processed entirely in the digital domain from when they are picked up from a CD until they are converted into analog by the DAC. JVC full digital processing, incorporating Digital Signal Processing, a 7-band iEQ, CC converter, and advanced multi-bit DAC ensures extremely low noise and minimum sound degradation. Two pairs of gold-plated line output terminals give you the flexibility to configure your in-car system, even if you want to add an A/V system complete with video games and DVD. Gold-plated subwoofer output terminals with level/frequency control give you the ability to add a bunch of bass as well as the control you need to get the sound you want. And the motorized slide-out face will take away any worry you have about someone getting their hands on your new KDSHX700. |
