I bought this TCL 32 inch based on two things-price and my needs. I wanted a small set for the bedroom. The problem was the TV immediately began having issues-the sound would not always come on when the unit was turned on and other times the channel input would start fast forwarding on its own!

After doing more research, I should have realized this was a very low end brand and quality could be hit or miss.

As ususal, Vanns customer service rocks. There was no question or pushiness to get me to buy a another unit or upgrade. They simply issued the RMA and gave me a credit for the purchase. good job team Vanns!

So, in conclusion-I should have spent a little more money and transitioned up to a better known brand. This is not to say the TCL brand will not work for others, as I bought my Mom a unit last Christmas and it works great! Go figure, eh?

I was really surprised at the quality of the tv when I opened the box, it didnt feel cheap & the overall appearance was one that yu didnt mind showing off. The picture showed with vibrant colors & clarity, I was really pleased with the purchase and would shop the tcl brand in the future.
