Plus, the L 810 doesn't stop at photos — a 720p camcorder lets you get stunning video, and the built-in mini-HDMI port makes it easy to take your videos from the touchscreen straight to the big screen without needing to make a stop at your computer first. Last (but certainly not least), the L810 uses four AA batteries, so replacement batteries are easy to find. And, lest you think you'll be running through batteries faster than you can recharge them, you can get up to 740 shots when you use lithium batteries (up to 300 shots with alkaline, and up to 450 shots with Nikon's EN-MH2 rechargeable batteries).
