The 52 MB built-in internal memory capacity allows the P5100 to take pictures right out of the box; add Secure Digital (SD) memory cards for virtually unlimited storage capacity. Tired of getting that demonic red-eye effect in your subjects? This dreaded effect is caused by light reflecting off the back of your subject's eye. P5100 comes equipped with a remedy. You can select red-eye reduction by pre-flash, which uses a burst of light before the actual shot to reduce the pupil size of your subject.
