But just because this point-and-shoot imitates a DSLR doesn't mean that you'll have to worry about dust on the interchangeable lens sensor. The GF3CK employs a Dust Reduction System that uses a supersonic wave filter that vibrates in front of the sensor to repel dust away. Like DSLR cameras, this point-and-shoot offers a 6400 ISO, so it can shoot well under low light, even without a flash. But of course, the GF3CK still contains a pop-up flash. Whether you want to use the 3" LCD touchscreen to select menu options or the typical DSLR tactile dial to select modes, you'll be able to choose the most comfortable and easy option that you prefer. Shoot HD movies in outstanding 1080/60i using the AVCHD format and eliminate the annoying wind in the background with the "wind-cut function". This feature heightens the sound quality and reduces the flapping wind noise that often ruins a video's sound. The DMC-GF3's manual focusing and manual exposure options allow you ultimate control of your images, while the auto features fill in for you during time crunches when you need to rely on the camera. Choose among a variety of high-saturated, high-key, and sepia for contrast effects or turn to the more specficic portrait, scenery, vivid, natural, monochrome, and standard options for color and mood effects.
