Freezing The Moment
A Photo Mode function allows easy picture taking and the ability to save still pictures onto Memory Stick. The multi-card slot supports Multimedia cards, Secure Digital (SD) cards, Memory Stick and Memory Stick PRO. The snap-shot feature can record still images for up to 6 seconds to videotape. It is then easy to transfer these still images to your PC. The built-in pop up flash makes it easier to shoot the correct exposure when you are taking a still image in limited light. You also have the ability to manually control still image exposure. An 8-step camera function key (shutter, iris, manual, auto, night scene, custom set, MPEG rec., play, etc.) gives you several options for adjusting the camera's abilities. And PictBridge compatibility enables you to connect the camera directly to any printer which supports the PictBridge standard via a USB cable.
Capture it All: It's Easy!
The SC-D6550 MPEG-4 video clip recording has high picture quality and takes up little memory space, so these files are great for emailing. MPEG-4 video can be stored directly to your Memory Stick, or you can transfer it to your PC via USB. The SC-D6550 DuoCam even offers USB streaming (v2.0 for DSC). The Easy-Q Button guarantees uniformly excellent shots for the user under any conditions. For Easy Mode, you press the Easy-Q button... it's that simple. From there, everything is set. The EZ Dial Navigator allows for quick navigation of the most commonly used functions by simply rotating the conveniently positioned thumbwheel.
