Dual SD/SDHC memory card slots give you the option of choosing how much memory you want to carry. Two 4GB cards can handle up to 10 hours of recording (in economy mode), but you can also use 2 32GB cards when you need more space. And every Everio can conveniently record digital still images. Just switch to the image moe and then press the snapshot button. The snapshot will record up to 832 x 624. A 40x Dynamic Zoom uses nearly all the effective pixels of the CCD to achieve incredible zoom magnification without any degredation of optical picture quality. With the GZMS120A, you don't have to use the power switch each time you operate because the power is linked to the LCD's opening and closing. Just open the LCD; the power turns on and the lens cover automatically opens. Just close the LCD to power off and close the lens cover. Finally, in combination with Auto Power ON, you're ready to shoot in about one second when the LCD is re-opened. Never miss a crucial moment.
The technology that makes a difference
JVC packed the GZMS120A with new technology that creates a better picture for your future enjoyment. The Auto Illumi. Light turns on automatically so you can shoot brilliant images even in low light situations. The data battery allows you to check remaining battery power (by percentage) and remaining recording time (in minutes). Laser Touch Operation now allows zooming and recording using either the Laser Touch or standard zoom lever and REC button. Digest playback automatically selects highlight scenes and plays back what looks like a "coming attractions" trailer for a movie. And it's all in a camcorder that fits easily in the palm of your hand.
Share it with One Touch
The GZMS120A is equipped with a host of One Touch operations. With One Touch Upload to YouTube™ transferring your videos to the online video sharing site is a breeze. Connect your camcorder to your computer via a USB cable and press the Upload button. That's it. Similarly, One Touch Export lets you export video footage to your iTunes library. Then, after you sync your iPod with iTunes, you'll have video to carry with you. And One Touch DVD creation lets you archive videos on to a DVD with, you guessed it, one touch. You can connect your camcorder to either your PC or a JVC SHARE STATION (sold separately).
