Second, the SC-DX205 records MEPG-2 video using H.264 video compression, delivering virtually lossless compression for dramatically improved image fidelity and realism. Finally, a built-in Hyper Digital Image Stabilizer works to reduce the effects of camera shake for sharp, blur-free images, especially when zooming in.

And then . . . offering fast and simple navigation of the camcorder's menus, the SC-DX205 sports a five-way joystick mounted right onto the LCD display's frame. Diversifying your video-storage options, the SC-DX205 offers media slots for both SD/SDHC and MMC+ memory cards. Use the built-in media slots to supplement your DVD media, or to take advantage of the SC-DX205's still-image capture capability. That's right, the SC-DX205 shoots digital photos, too! But remember, digital photos can only be saved to memory card media.
