BRAVIA® Sync™ treats |
Again, you're interested in the HT-SF2300 because you like movies and good music, not because you're interested in learning how to fly a spaceship. Here's some music to your ears: BRAVIA Sync, or one remote operation. Sweet, sweet simplicity. When combined with a select number of BRAVIA LCD televisions and other Sony audio and video products, control functions will also be transmitted via the HDMI cable (sold separately! Read the "Don't forget the cables!" paragraph for details. Cables are VERY important for your full enjoyment of this system.) Plus (this is my favorite part), a "One Touch Play" option reduces several operating steps to, you got it, one step. Like opening a candy bar, just press the PLAY button on the remote. The audio and video components turn on, and then BRAVIA television turns on and switches to the correct video input. All in one graceful step! All you've gotta do is sit back and enjoy the ride. |

No, your HT-SF2300 won't do your kid's homework. It's not that actively intelligent. But it can detect and recieve the best possible video and audio signals from all connected devices. Can your kid do that? Let's hope not . . . For your HTSF2300, all you've gotta do is plug in a single cable (remember, this cable is essential for 1080p reception. Read below for the nitty gritty details). Getting your kid to receive digital transmissions is a science fiction story waiting to be written. Otherwise why would you even need this fancy schmancy unit? |
