The diminutive Model Subwoofer extends the bass response of the Model Two and Model Three radio by an impressive half octave. Just because its compact, don't confuse it with inexpensive computer speaker subwoofers with sloppy bass. The Model Subwoofer's 5 1/4" bass driver, 20 watt internal amplifier, front ported design and wood cabinet all translate into rich, musical sound that. The Auto On/Standby circuit activates the subwoofer automatically when it receives a signal and places it in standby mode when there is no signal. The tight bass is a perfect compliment to your music and the cosmetics perfectly match the Model Two and Model Three radios. This is a subwoofer you will probably want on display rather than hidden in a corner like most subs.
