The PDF407 will make your life a little bit easier. You can load it up with 25 of your favorite CDs and not have to constantly search your collection for the disc you want to hear next. They're all right there ready for action. It's great for parties - just load it up and hit random play. The hits just keep coming. If the average CD is an hour long, you have an entire day before the music runs out. The PDF407 utilizes a low-noise/low loss laser pickup and 1 bit D/A converter to ensure quality playback. So if you'd rather listen to music that search for CDs, let the PDF407 help you sort things out.

A mode for every mood

With this many discs at the ready, you'll appreciate the many play modes of the PDF407. You have 3 random play modes to choose from, including single disc, all discs, and custom mode discs. Programmed play lets you program up to 32 tracks, so you can listen to hours of your favorite music in the order you'd like to listen to it. 7 repeat modes add even more versatility to this machine's playback options. You can play your programmed tracks back randomly, or choose from these other repeat modes: single track, single disc, all discs, custom mode discs, single disc random, and custom mode disc random. So it's called repeat, but it's really all about mixing things up for some musical variety.

Keeping track of your favorite tracks

Best Selection Memory makes it easy for you to pick out and listen to your favorite tracks in your CD collection. You simply press the Best Selection key when listening to the track you like. The PDF407 has a Best Selection Memory that holds up to 15 tracks. You also have quick access to the discs you have listened to most recently. When the previous key is pressed it plays back 10 seconds of the discs that have been played most recently (up to 15 discs) in reverse order.
