The PDM426 6-CD changer provides many benefits. With the 6-disc magazine format, you can purchase extra magazines and organize your music according to genre or artist. You could listen to some good old rock 'n roll while you're cleaning the house, and when the dinner party starts, slip in the CD magazine that holds your jazz discs for some easy-listening mealtime music. After dinner, load up the salsa magazine and dance the night away. Random play will help mix things up a bit for some variety. You could also organize according to your favorite artists. Miles Davis fan? One magazine could hold your favorite Miles Davis discs, so you know just where to find the songs you like most. |
Getting With The Program |
If you want to take advantage of all your listening options, you'll have to use the 32-track program play featured on the PDM426. That's right, you can program up to 32 tracks from the 6 CDs available to play in the order you want. Pauses can even be programmed into program playback (which may come in handy when you're recording from the PDM426). If you're less familiar with the discs you're playing, Hi-Lite Scan will help you find what you're looking for. When the Hi-Lite button is pressed once, the first track of each disc is played for about 10 seconds. If you press the button twice during stop mode, each track is played for about 10 seconds. A low-noise/low-loss laser pickup ensures wonderful reproduction of all your CDs. |
