Dolby Pro Logic II also has a Music Mode that greatly enhances the enjoyment of your CDs, tapes, radio (even LPs). This Music Mode also allows you to dial-in the best sound for your room and personal taste. SRS Circle Surround II provides additional processing to help make the most of any format you choose. Control, Even From a Different Room
Kenwood's exclusive Touch Zone Smart Controller controls your entire entertainment system. Select a component, and Touch Zone's Digital Blueprint Technology illuminates only the buttons you need to control that component, eliminating confusion and making it easier than ever to use a single remote to control several components. It also features direct input source selection. That means input sources can be selected directly, without having to scroll through each one, making it easier to use and more compatible with system operations. Dual Room/Dual Source operation allows you to play an audio/video source in one room, and a completely different audio/video source in a second zone. All surround and video formats are available in the main zone, while the second zone receives a stereo analog audio signal that is Dolby Pro Logic compatible and a composite video signal. So, you can take control of your home entertainment, and not just in your living room.
Sound Processing & Boosting Bass
Audio Digital Signal Processing (DSP) modes recreate different sonic environments simulating the acoustics of distinct venues. You can enjoy a more lifelike listening experience by choosing between modes, which include arenas, theaters, and clubs. Bass management lets you set up your system so that deep bass is sent only to those speakers designed to handle it, reducing distortion and increasing dynamic range. Bass management is performed digitally, allowing greater precision and control. You can also increase bass by preset amounts using Bass Boost to give your music an even richer, fuller sound. Select from three active speaker equalization modes to match the response of your speakers to the type of program you're listening to (movies, music or TV) and enjoy maximum impact from all your entertainment.
