With the purchase of either a Denon ASD-1R, an ASD-3N, or an ASD-3W, you can connect and play your iPod through your theater room, or if you have one set up, through your additional zone. In addition to iPod compatability, the AVR1908 can also play music via a network. With the purchase of either the ASD-3N or ASD-3W, you can use either ethernet (ASD-3N) or Wi-Fi (ASD-3W) to play music or view photos from you computer. In addition, this model is capable of connecting to an XM satellite radio tuner antenna, which enables you to listen to over 150 different audio broadcasts. All you need is an optional XM tuner antenna, XM service activation, and a subscription (not included), and then you're ready to go.
