I got a pair to use for the back surround sound along with other Klipsh speakers. As expected they are cool! i liked the clear and crisp sound from these pieces. Now i have a complete set of klipsch speakers and am enjoying them all. the sound has never been like this before in my house.

Fantastic fit and finish, these are very impressive bookshelf speakers. Excellent detail and soundstage, these WB-14s would work well as either rear surrounds or in a bedroom system like mine. Extremely efficeint, they would work with a low power amp as well. Voices image very well, highly recommended.

I had previously purchased Klipsch WF-34s and
WC-24 and used with a pair of bookshelf reference speakers that I had for many years as the surrounds. It sounded really great, but decided to make it a matched set and ordered the WB-14s. Vanns as usual provided a great price and exceptional customer service - but the difference in adding these to my system really blew me away! I am currently using these as my rear speakers in a 5.1 setup. Im using the WF-34, WC-24 the XW-300d and these. The system altogether sounds amazing.
You could easily use these and your main speakers for a smaller room and still have plenty of sound. Just dont expect too much on the bass without a sub. Theyre designed to be used with a sub.
Overall they are pretty nice for the price. I would buy more should I need them.

I purchased a pair of these to use as my rear surrounds in a 5.1 setup.I got a great buy on them through vans.They were delivered pretty promtly. About 4 days using std ground for shipping. I am using a denon receiver with audessy to drive them. They produce very clear sounding highs and vocals. Build quality seems very good.I liked the sound of them enough to buy the klipsch wc-24 for my center channel.

After buying a pair of Klipsch floor standing speakers, the center channel Kenwood speaker I had did not blend with the floor speakers. So I ordered the WC-24 Center Channel speaker and the sound blends perfectly and is a beautiful piece.

I have had these speakers for a month or so now and couldnt be happier. Nice crisp, clear sound as well as a full mid range. Coupled with my Sub-10 the crossover is flawless. I cant complain about the price either. Got them for half price. Was concerned about the wood look Cabernet, but they blend in great to the decor.

I was given the floorstanding WF-34 as an anniversary gift from my wife. For the size, the sound was amazing. Bass was smooth and, from my preference, not too bright. Just clear sound weather from music, movies or games. We live in an appartment, so we cant turn it up too loud. But even at low volume, I have no complaints with the sound. Soon after i decided I wanted the matching center channel WC-24.So glad i did. They really go hand in hand. Now all I was missing were the surrounds. I really wanted the WS-24s, but I couldnt get them anywhere. So I just went with the WB-14s. Now I just needed one pair. But I didnt pay attention where it says that you are paying for the pair, and bought two pairs. I thought of returning a pair, but kept them just in case. These little ones sound loud. They may sound as loud as the floorstanding ones, but for obvious reasons lack the bass from them. I dont
have a sub, but for the size of my room and well, the
neighbors, I dont need one right now. I am using an old
yamaha receiver HTR-5830, in a 5.1 setup, with the wf-34s,
the WC-24, and one pair of the wb-14s. My receiver has a
front speaker A or B selector. during the day i would use the
floor standing ones, but during the night i switch
to the other extra pair of WB-14s. So it all worked out.
Everything sounds clear. Even at low volumes I still get a
whole surroung effect. One thing, I did have to play them for a
bit to break them in and really enjoy the sound. So far no
complaints from neighbors. So i enjoy them very much with
out bothering anyone. I thank my wife for getting me the the
first pair. This is a set I will not be thinking of getting rid of in a
long time. They soung great, they even make our furniture
look more expensive than what it is. Now I have only used
them in my appartment at moderate to low volumes, but I played with the wfs at a store and cranked the volume on them and believe me they sounded louder than i would have thought with no distortion. Only thing, for louder volumes, get a sub.

The WF-34 is an absolutely outstanding speaker! With its slimmer size than standard floorstanders it fills a room with amazing depth at low volumes extremely easily. This speaker not only sounds great, it looks beautiful as well! Some people think they need the WF-35 as it is a little bit larger, but the WF-34 will fill your room with ease, dont be fooled by its size oh and yes it is still big, just not as big as some other floorstanders of its comparable quality and specs. Go check it out, you will be very impressed!

This center channel speaker provides the perfect addition to your home theater system. It is large enough to sufficiently fill your room with the dialogue from your favorite movie mixing perfectly with your other speakers in my system 2 WF-34s, 4 WB-14s and a SW112. I am able to hear things I have never heard before in movies without any distortion and perfectly mixed with the rest of the sound. Combined with its amazing finish and quality build it is hard to beat this product.

Wow is all you have to say about this bookshelf speaker. While standing in the Vanns showroom listening to 7 different random speakers, this one stood out above the rest. Not because of its looks but after listening to it and then finally seeing what it looks like, that definitely is a HUGE bonus but because of its incredible breadth of sound from a simple bookshelf speaker. If you had a small room, these speakers could easily be used all around! Check them out for yourself and see why Klipsch is simply one of the best speaker producers around.

I received the speakers and was surprised at well they were packed. I couldnt wait for the rest o the speakers so I swapped out my left and rights of my 5.1 setup just to see if I would notice anything. Using 14 guage wire and some cds for music I started to play them and was amazed at how crisp and clear they sounded. I then turned my sub off and was amazed again at the mid range of the speakers. Even without the sub I could feel the music almost punching me. They look great and sound better. I cant wait for the full setup so I can listen to blu-ray movies on them. On a side note these speakers dont take bananas. Bare wire worked the best for me.

The Klipsch WC-24 totally transformed my surround sound system . it is beautiful, for one thing. But the sound is what we love. The dialogue is crystal clear and I am sooooo inpressed with the bass,too. It doesnt distort at LOUD volumes. Great deal from Vanns, too.

First off, I must compliment Vanns on the price, free shipping & no sales tax. Great value!! They came beautifully packaged to avoid any damages during shipping and they arrived very promptly. These speakers replaced some Polk Audio RM-8 speakers. I am unable to turn up my Yamaha receiver to the same levels as before because these produce so much more sound without any distortion or flaws in it. I was suprised at how much sound these smaller floor speakers put out. They allow me to hear things in a Blu-Ray or HD-DVD movie that I was not able to hear before with my old smaller speakers. They do produce some bass but I like my bass so I also have 2 10 Polk Audio subs in my system. I definetely recommend Klipsch and these speakers especially at this price.

I got these only having heard the WF-35 Icon series in Cabernet at my local store and knew I liked them over the RF-52 series I had looked at that were comparable in size. I got these from Vanns for a really great price that beat anybody both locally and online, and they are currently still breaking in. Very very crisp highs with details that I had never heard in my music before, and the very punchy mid bass down to about 50hz. I used a 10 sub and crossed it over at about 60hz and there is a seamless fade between the very low end of music and movies and what the speakers deliver. I run them as a 2 channel for music listening and VERY seldom do I ever feel like Im lacking any low end due to the small driver size. It has fantastic mid-bass with emphasis on tight detailed sound and I use them for theater and music listening. Highly recommended and Vanns has the best prices out there so dont be swayed.

I got this with my WF-34 Icon main speakers and have used it for theater primarily. I have played Eagles Hell Freezes Over in surround for music, and musically they sounded fantastic. Great look and very classy when matched up to the other Icon series speakers. Detailed sound for vocals and the horn from Klipsch gives highs like no other. I listened to it locally first and decided to buy from Vanns for literally less than half of the price BEFORE tax or shipping locally. Vanns came through with a quality product for the best price.

I owned Klispch speakers before and wanted to upgrade my old stereo system. I decided the amp was fine for now, but the speakers had to go!
I shopped and shopped until I came across Vanns and then purchased a pair of Klispch WF-34 speakers and 2 pair of the Klipsh WB-14 bookshelf speakers.
I could not be happier with the clarity of sound and the overall beauty of these speakers. I hope to upgrade the amp down the road and know that I will look to Vanns for that purchase.

I was scared to make this purchase since I had not heard these speakers. I currently own the Quintet IV set w sub and had a Yamaha Rx-V663 receiver. The sound was so low with the yamaha even at very high settings and was so disappointed with both the speakers and reciever.

I recently bought the Pioneer XVS-1020-K receiver, and these W-34. All I can say is WOW, what a day and night difference. Music, movies, even TV sounds amazing. I am so glad I bought the Receiver and speakers. I enjoy watching movies and this is one of my favorite things to do. This system is sweet, almost better then the theater.

I have read it takes time for the speakers to break-in and then the balance will amaze you. They are a little high pitched right now, but should balance out after time. I give these speakers a 5 for sure and so glad I jumped on them when I did.

These are great speakers. Can be used as fronts or rears in a surround sound system. Getting them for half price of the retail is even better. I had Definitive for a long time, but the Klipsch sound a lot better.

I have owned several sets of speakers Klipsch Heresy II, Cornwall Polk Audio Boston Acoustics, JBL, among others and I can say with complete satisfaction that the Klipsch WF-34 speakers are the best I have heard in this price range. They deliver crisp, clear highs and blend mid-range tones vocal, instrumental and upper-bass ranges for a beautiful listening experience. My musical tastes run the gamet from classic rock to orchestral soundtracks, and each musical piece is re-creating in lifelike sound. My brother and I were listening to them with our eyes closed and both felt like the artists were performing in the room with us. They perform extremely well in low, mid-, and high-volume applications, ably re-creating nuances within the music.

If you love music, and want to hear everything the artist intended, these are the speakers for you. If you love movies with both beautiful soundtracks and action, these will place you in the middle of the moment and provide you the home theatre experience youve been missing! I bought a pair from the Clearance Outlet and the local electronics outlets could not believe the price I paid! Vanns is exceptional and I have already bought more! So many times I have bought theater equipment and had little knowledge of what I was purchasing. Usually what looked good and people said were good. I have always thought my home theater setup was intense. Was I ever wrong. I was doing everything wrong. After getting a new led hdtv with hdmi, I started to build a new system. I now have all Klipsch with WF-34 fronts, WC-24 center, and Quintets as surround. As I upgraded from my original mismatched system, I researched and again did things backward. The sound I have now from my new setup is simply incredible. When I received my WF-34s from Vanns I was in shock how much better it made my system sound. Therefore leading me to replace the Quintet center with the WC-24 for a better match and more output. I can not say enough about these speakers. Only problem I had was not knowing what I was doing. I wasted over a thousand dollars on mistakes. A plasma from Samsung that had horrible IR and they would not do anything to help me after 2 service orders. So I bought a top of the line LED tv. Wish I would have purchased a receiver with more crossover capabilities, and would have purchased speakers separate all around rather than Quintets. I started out with Crutchfield and was misguided twice and returned their products. Since establishing communication with Vanns and their knowledgeable staff my experience with Home Theater has sky rocketed. Only wish I could make up for my mistakes. If your in the market for great priced speakers from a terrific supplier, Vanns is my top choice and Klipsch Icon series is unbeatable in the price range they offer.

I bought a pair of these about 15 months ago for my family room which cannot really be set up for surround or a center speaker due to the odd architecture of the room. So I have used them with a Denon Receiver and Samsung LCD TV solely as left and right speakers with a Definitive Technologies Sub. I replaced Bose speakers and the difference was night and day. The WB-14s have great depth and clarity and with the Sub, now makes watching movies and TV a great experience and listening to a variety of music genre a pleasure again. The Bose were thin and tinny and lacked range. I bought them in Expresso to match the trim and mantle in the room and the quality of finish was outstanding-truly furniture grade. The only quirks I see with the speakers...the front grill is magnetically attached and is a little touchy and if you want to attach these to some of the speaker stands out there, you probably cant due to the design of the rear of the speaker. But a typical speaker stand with a plate to set them on handles these with ease. I liked them so much I bought another pair and matched them with the WC-24 center speaker with no subwoofer in a loft area. Its all connected to an Onkyo Receiver and new Samsung LEDLCD and the results are very impressive. The center channel speaker really adds clarity to watching TV. Id recommend them highly to anyone who has space limitations and wants a great looking and great sounding speaker. In closing, Vanns shipped them in two days, the price was great and the packaging was perfect. Great job!

I was skeptical about buying the cabernet color because in the online pics they look very bright and reddish in color. They actually arent as bright and they look great. The sound is incredible and the size is just right. Not too big and overbearing.

I thought the size is a little large for a center channel in front of the Plasma but the sound you hear is definitely worth it. Watching movies is great because you hear everything during dialogue and I dont have to rewind the movie to hear what was said.

I bought my first set of Klipsch speakers when I was 15, and have been buying them for the past 16 years. These are paired with the Klipsch RB-61s, and powered by a Rotel RB-1552 and Rotel RC-1550. The new tweeters in the Icons really give a wide sound stage, and are very clear and accurate. The biggest compaint with Klipsch. Is that they tend to sound a bit harsh. Using an AB amplifier will really smooth out the sound. If youre using a receiver. Dont be afraid to back off the trebble a bit. This was my first order with Vanns, and it wont be my last. Great company!!

I purchased a pair of these in October sight unseen and more importantly unheard. Ive owned some pretty fine speakers over the years including Klipsch Cornwalls. My purchase was based on the Klipsch reputation and a few well-respected reviews. These speakers are capable of producing excellent reproduction with a decent receiver to a degree that was totally unexpected. I expected good, but these offer a great stage, clear, accurate midrange and high end. The base is tight has has surprising reach for such a small cabinet - I only use a sub for some jazz with bass violins where the frequency gets down to 44hz and action movies. I do recommend bi-wiring not bi-amping! for the best bass response.

What more can I say KLIPSCH ! Vanns and the Klipsch web site cannot duplicate the real beauty of these WF 34s or the quality sound that you receive when one removes them from the boxes and sets them up. The cabinetry is of the highest quality, the finish is amazing and a pair of white gloves comes with these speakers to help protect them. I biamped the WF 34S and the quality of sound is amazing. Im a base person so I added a sub woofer and my 5.1 system is one to die for.

Great speakers at a great price. These speakers sound great and look great also.I am using them as the main speakers in my surround system, for the TV and movies you need a sub and for music you need the sub at lower volumes but when you crank up the volume they make an amazing amount of bass and are crystal clear at all sound levels, these are small speakers with big performance. I recently purchased these to compliment my matching WF-34s. My older infinity center was bigger but this one blows it away. Of course its not fair to compare a much older system but it was a huge upgrade. The review I read on these was spot-on as far as not getting the dialogue they wanted until they added this center. Crystal clear and no distortion at all when pushed. I just wish Klipsch would come out with a matching subwoofer now! Vanns has the best prices by far also and free shipping! Everyone knows the surprises that can happen when they add 30 to the price after shipping is tacked on.

It really brings the conversations and foreground action to life in movies. Theres plenty of volume in this speaker, and excellent clarity. These speakers look great and sound even better. I bought these for the rears, WF-35 towers up front, and WC-24 center. All sound exceptional. The bass response and clarity of these speakers is awesome. It really brings movies to life. Also, with Klipschs new traction horn, you get a wider sound field. That is really critical for rear speakers, so everyone in the room can hear the high-end stuff coming off the tweeters. I found a big difference there between these and the Quintet set I had before. The finish is also flawless. All of my friends thought it was sythetic material, becaused they look too perfect to be real wood...but it is real, its just that good.

This wont be a technical report. Ive been into audio since buying my first Kenwood speakers in Italy back in 1973. Ive had some Cerwin Vegas and some Sansui speakers, as well as some small Bose. I bought a Klipsch surround sound system Quintet III for my large screen a few years backs and have been very happy with it sounds much better than my friends Bose cubies. I decided to upgrade my audio speakers and was looking for something I could tie into my existing surround sound. I went with the WF-34s based on research and my own experience with the Klipsch Quintet III speakers. Bottom line, the WF-34s sound fantastic. I tested them out with Dire Straits digitally recorded Brothers in Arms CD and was blown away by the clear range of sounds at low and cranked up volumes. I use them alone when playing music and have them tied into my surround sound system when watching movies. Great speakers . . . and they look good too.

So Im not an audio enthusiast or anything, but when I decided I wanted new speakers, I figured I should do it right and get some good ones. So I spent a great deal of time looking around, reading reviews, and haunting forums. But what it came down to for me is that at this price, pretty much all of the speakers sound great, with only slight variances and nuances that I likely wont be able to tell much anyway. But most of the speakers out there are simple black boxes, and I wanted something a little more appealing than that. Something that would sound great when Im listening to it, and look great when Im not. I had previously considered Aperion my favorite, but the girlfriend vetoed those she didnt like the light finish. Then I found this speaker, at this price, and it was pretty much settled. It was even a hard choice between the Cabernet and the Espresso finishes. I think the Cabernet is a much nicer color, and in fact probably the nicest finish on any speaker I looked at, but I ended up with the Espresso, because it suits my decor better, even though its a little on the dark side. In all, I couldnt have been happier with my decision. These things look and sound wonderful. I bought the whole 5.0 arrangement two WF-34, a WC-24, and a pair of WB-14. They all sound amazing together, and are even impressive without a sub. Recommended, particularly at the price theyre at now.

I just had my Klipsch WF 35 speakers delivered this morning. I set them up and all can say is OMG!!! Words can not describe the sound of these speakers, but Ill try. When I first set them up I only used single wire from the amp. My plan was to go back and fourth between single wire and bi wire hook up to compare the sound of both, but when I heard the sound of the single wire alone, I stopped and just went with that. Listening to music, there is so much presence in the vocals from the tweeters that I had to keep checking to see if the center speaker was on becuase they are so up front, but it was just the towers. Then I listened for and heard everything, such great seperation from top to bottom, it makes the room sound so big, the full range of sound is seperated out beautifullly and everything is distinct but mixed so well. I listened to John Mellencamp and the kick drum punched so hard I couldnt believe all this sound was coming from these two slim towers. I kept checking my surround sound speakers but they were off. I then listened to Andrea Bocelli and the sound was so beautiful I almost cried. I then listened to Def Leppard, turned up the volume and The God of Thunder visited my house through these speakers!! One note, at higher volumes you dont need a sub woofer, they puch out the bass. but at lower volumes like listening to TV, or a movie, you may need a sub to give the bass a little more presence. Im looking forward to years of listening to my Klipsch WF35 speakers. Thank you Vanns for making this so easy for me, Great price, Free, easy and quick delivery.

I purchased these speakers to add to my current 5.1 Mirage Nanosat system because the Mirage center channel did not do the best job with dialogue in movies and the front left and right speakers didn't sound as full as I would have like. I am still using the Nanosats as side and rear surrounds for a 7.1 setup with an Onkyo TX-NR708. These speakers are amazing. I use them mainly for home theater and gaming, but they fill the room so much better than the nanosats could have ever done. The dialodue from the WC-24 is very clear and doesn't get over powered by the rest of the speakers now. The WF-34s are so much better than any of the small wall mount speakers I have owned before. I wish that I had made the move to floor standing speakers long ago. I went back and forth for several days deciding if I wanted to go with the WF-34 or the WF-35. I am very happy with the WF-34 and at 100 less than the WF-35 it was a great buy. Don't expect bass that will shake the room, but it is still good and much better than many others out there. I would highly recommend a seperate powered sub to compliment them though. The appearance of the speakers is outstanding. They look like they cost much more than what they did. My wife was very aprehensive about me buying big floor standing speakers. Once they arrived and she saw them in person she commented on the how nice they looked in the room. She actually suggested that we buy a new console for the A\V equipment, because the speakers look so much nicer than the current one we have. These speakers are available exclusively at Vanns.com according to Klipsch and as always Vann's doesn't fail to please. I had them in less than a week and all were packaged well enough to survive anything UPS could have done. Plus with Vann's you don't pay shipping or tax. It doesn't get much better than that. All together the shipping weight on these items was close to 100 lbs. and the shipping was still free.

Speakers was deliverred to my home in Princeton, NJ on schedule, two speaker boxes were put inside another bigger box tightly, it is very very well packaged.

The WF-34 speaker is just a piece of beautiful furniture, its so easy to layout 2 of them in my living room. I used them with my Onkyo TX-SR608 receiver using GEs16 gauge speaker wire which I got from HomeDepot. The speaker is full-range speaker, it supports bi-wiring which I didnt have chance to tried yet. I used them as regular front speaks. For movie, the sound is great, they produce deep bass, clear high, I can hear clear dialog. When I tried music, I felt the piano and violin are just played in front of me... the sound occupied the whole house, you know small speakers wont give you that feeling. So far I have no subwoofer, no central speaker, will add them later, but they are not necessary now.

My sugestion
If you have a 5.1 system, 7.1 system, if you are happy with your movie experience but a little disappointed with music experience, buy this Klipsch WF-34, you wont be disappointed. If you just start building your home theater, start with this pair of speakers and a decent AV receiver, you wont be disappointed.

I had to replace two very old floorstanding speakersand was looking at the Klipsch WF-34s for a while. I needed a high efficiency, good sounding and looking speaker that didn't cost a fortune. Past reviews helped me a lot, but I was truly impressed by the looks and sound of these speakers. We had changed up our entertainment system by initially going with a boxed system, and it didn't sound anywhere in quality with what we were used to. After visiting a nearby Best Buy, we stumbled across these WF-35s and listened to them. We compared with some of the others and these were by far the best sounding in terms of separation and clarity. The cabinets were of high quality as well. We searched for these on Amazon.com and found them through Vanns. We loved the price and decided to order them. The secure and fast shipping was impressive. We hooked them up to the Onkyo receiver that we just purchased as well and used the Bi-connection feature since it has them built into this speaker. WOW! We heard the highs at a very pleasant pitch, and the mids were outstanding. Now that the system is completed this proved to be one of our best investments to our home. The cabinet build quality is outstanding and of high quality as well. These were our first Klipsch Speakers, we intend on changing out the rest of the speakers soon. Bought the Klipsch WF-35s to replace a pair of bookshelf speakers that were inadequate for a bigger apartment. Great sound, solid construction, gorgeous finish the Espresso finish is really dark and fast, free delivery from Vanns. All in all a very good value. m no audiophile, and thus not really qualified to pick apart the various ranges of sound and how these speakers stack up against others. But I can say they were a major step up from the Boston bookshelf units, and Id venture that they meet or exceed most anything else in their price range. The bass certainly is sufficient for my needs--I get rich, full sound at volume levels appropriate for shared walls. I ordered these without having the advantage of hearing them, but absolutely no regrets there. Thanks, Vanns!

These speakers are loud and crystal clear. Are bigger than I expected and the finish in the wood is very nice. Build quality is excellent. You wont be dissapointed.

After the installation of an ONKYO HT-S5300 home theater system, I was disappointed that the sound was not sufficient to what I was expecting. Since the room is relatively small, I expected better. Although the sub-woofer was giving me the jarring low end, the base range was not full and the high end was missing the brilliance I had hoped for. So, I moved the primary front R & L speakers to the upper R & L positions, wiring them as the surround middle room speakers, replacing them each with the WF34 in the lower front.

With that change, the base is full and the high range is clean and crisp. To be sure, the rear speakers are of lesser quality, however a WF34 on each side in the front create a great sound and the accessory speakers fill in just enough to give me the surround sound experience I was seeking.

While I am sure there are higher-end speakers that might blow you out of the room, however I am completely satisfied with the end result. I simply wanted a full-range experience and that is what I have. Unless you are putting a system into a bowling alley, I think you will find the WF34s adequate to your requirements!

Ive had these speakers for a couple of weeks now. Overall these are really nice speakers. Excellent imaging, clean and clear highs, perfect mids and smooth and full lows. They also look fabulous. The only fault I can find with them is that theyre somewhat weak at really low frequencies. A sub fills in there nicely. I like them a lot.

I purchased the Klipsch W-34 speakers from Vanns for two reasons - quality and price. When I opened the boxes of these speakers, I was very impressed with the build quality, and equally impressed with the audio quality while listening to them through my Onkyo receiver and watching the movie Avatar in Blu-Ray. The W-34 speakers I purchased where in the Espresso color, a dark mahogany-like brown. I also own a pair of Infinity Reference 2000.6 speakers that I have enjoyed for quite a few years - each were only $20 cheaper than the W-34s and purchased more than 10 years ago . While still good performing speakers, they are not in the same league as these Klipsch W-34s, in either quality or value for the money. I would not hesitate in recommending these speakers to anyone who seeks to acquire a very high quality product at a very reasonable price.

I was looking to go smaller on my speakers, since I have some VERY large Infinity speakers that are more than 15 years old. My lovely bride said, Too big. So I bought a huge 1250w DF Sub., not caring about the bass in new speakers for theater. The Klipsch arrived and I took one speaker out and replaced just one to compare L and R, new Klipsch and and old Infinity. Result Although the Klipsch are absolutely furniture beautiful, they couldnt hold a candle to the old Infinity SM155s in Mid and Highs, and of course the Lows, nor the power handling. Duh...15 subs and two mids in the Infinity and ceramic tweeters! So then, not a real fair fight. The Klipsch sounded good, but the Infinities sounded GREAT, full, guitar strings, voicings... everything I had become used too. Had a couple of listeners and they agreed. Just then I realized I had become SPOILED. In the price range, Klipsch had beaten out many other speakers in a taste test for many speakers going for a $1000, best for show in a blind listeners test, based on my research. Horn technology is really great. Thats why I tried them. But apparently my taste is for more power and integrity at greater volume was the kicker. Called a tech at Vanns and he suggested Def. Tech., BP10B BiPolars. Im going to give them a try. If they dont perform, Im going to have to go to marriage counseling. Thanks Vanns for sending me a return label for UPS shipping. $175 for me to ship as a plain Joe, $22.50 your shipping cost for me to return, Denver to Montana. I love it. What a great company!

I purchased a set of WF-35 speakers to go with my audio system. The receiver is a classic 1970s vintage Yamaha CR-1020. I bought a Onkyo 6-disk CD player DX-C390 and wanted some nice speakers. After lots of research and a desire to have a set of Klipsch speakers for a number of years, I bought the WF-35 speakers. The price was right - $399 each $799 retail. The sound is awesome - very crisp and powerful..

These speakers have an MSRP of $1499.99 per pair. Let me start by saying at that price its hard to not consider other speakers in that price range, but at any less, im talking $200 or more off of MSRP, these speakers are perfect. I think the best way I would describe these speakers is Clear and Powerful. They have an extremely crisp sound to them when listening to music or dialogue from a TV show, but where these really come into their own is with cinema. Any movie you watch will feel exactly as youd expect to get in an actual theatre. Its about as good a floor-standing speaker as Ive heard. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone looking for a good priceperformance floor-stander.

As with the WF-35s these are perfect for surrounds, as a matter of fact they would do well in the front. I use them as surround speakers and they do not disappoint. they have all the clarity you would expect from the Icon-W series but in a much more compact solution. They definitely dont have the full mid-range covered well only having one woofer but having said that it does the full MidBass range quite well. The best thing about these is, as surround speakers, I can hardly tell them apart front the from WF-35s. All in all I would highly recommend these for surround speakers.

This center is about the best Ive heard in a long while. It has an extremely clear sound, as youd expect form the Icon-Ws. The one thing I can say about this is that its just as powerful and dynamic as the other Ws. During movies I can honestly say that I couldnt really tell the difference between the actor speaking and another person actually in the room with me speaking, and I believe that is beyond awesome. Now, is that always the case? No, but I still wouldnt have any other at this point in time. I would highly recommend this speaker to anyone looking to round out their home theatre setup with a great clear sounding center channel.

Klipsch WB-14s produce clear, surprisingly dispersive highs and unexpectedly punchy lows. In the mids, I can understand clearly lyrics my Polks muddied. Fantastic bargain at Vanns. Compare prices with other sites and see for yourself.

I really like these speakers. They sound really good with music from both my iPod and record player, and movies from my DVD player. They are are big improvement for me, as I was using some Technic speakers I purchased at a rummage sale 10 years ago. With the price these are now, I dont see why you wouldnt buy them.

Speakers always sound great at the store in a sound room, but when I received my Klipsch speakers at my home the sound was even better. I would highly recommend these speakers if you want solid, full range, rich sounding speakers.

I just have to say that the WF35 Floorstanding speaker is stunning both in its mid range and upper range. The bass that comes from this speaker is also pretty awesome considering the enclosure is not your typical huge floorstander. My music and movies have never sounded better!

And this is one very nice looking speaker. Its like adding a piece of furniture for your home.

When I originally purchased my 5.1 receiver and speakers to augment my HDTV setup, I purchased the ICON bookshelf speakers for the set of speakers for the front. Hey, I was saving money. Well, I had to specify that those speakers were a small capability speaker which meant to the receiver that it had to reduce its output to them. When I finally saw the WF-35s come down in price, I decided to get them. And boy, was I sorry I waited to get them. They are awesome. The richness in the sound is so much better than the ICON bookshelf speakers that were replaced. It is like night and day. If you want an awesome speaker set to be your front speaker pair for your HDTV and av receiver, use the WF-35s. Also, I got the espresso color, which is a very dark brown wood color. Very nice....
