The A Series ASW250 offers vertical and horizontal internal bracings that reduce cabinet resonances for increased listening pleasure — and by that we mean reducing the annoying buzz of distortion — so you enjoy every last watt. They've also thrown in their new ceramic and glass fiber polymer woofer cone with Deep Channel Design more increased bass response using less amplifier power. The acoustically tuned ports improve low frequency response. Additionally, the crossover components incorporate low-loss film capacitors and low-distortion laminated silicon steel cores for the inductors in all critical areas. And just in case you might think that the ASW250 is all brawn, you'll be relieved to know the sub is housed in a gorgeous high-gloss, scratch-resistant cabinet with magnetic grilles.
