Strong, yet sensitive

Pointing out the obvious, this speaker has a powerful amplifier on it. With the capability of 300W of continuous power, and the ability to achieve 1200W peaks, the VSW10 can fill a room without a problem. But this subwoofer isnâ€™t all thump. Thanks to a ribbed a elliptical surround supporting the 10â€� woofer, their unique half-moon shaped surround greatly reduces distortion, and increases the excursion while enlarging the piston area for greater efficiency. So what does this mean for your sound? Accuracy. And accuracy counts when youâ€™re looking for a more musical bass, or for more nuanced effects from your favorite movies. So while it can handle the big sounds (and do it well), itâ€™s also a sensitive speaker, able to take the small stuff in stride as well. What more could you ask for from a high-quality speaker?
