This ensures that the One will control all of your components, from tape-decks to Blu-Ray disc players. The One features redesigned ergonomics, including a more comfortable grip. and more convenient key placement, all of which can be backlit. One of the signature Harmony touches is the inclusion of one-touch activities. Rather than press a button to turn on the TV, turn it to A/V in, turn on a DVD player, press play, turn on a receiver, set it to DVD, and adjust the volume, you can use a one-touch activity to do all of those with one simple press of the finger. Now, though, you can use the newly-integrated LCD touchscreen to start watching that movie. As with all Harmony remotes, it can be easily set up in just a few minutes using your computer (check system requirements), or you can program it directly using your existing remotes with its IR learning ability. It also includes a help button to guide you if you get lost (a Harmony exclusive), but its easy-to-use interface ensures that that's a rare occurrence. Finally, you never need to worry about replacing the batteries with its rechargeable design for use with its low-profile docking cradle.
