You still need to mind your voltages

Different countries have different electric power supply standards. Keep in mind that although the AC5 adapter plugs will allow you to connect to most foreign power outlets, the voltage supplied from the outlet may not be the same as the US standard 120 volts. Before you plug in your electronic device, find out what the voltage is where you are. The AC5 plugs do not convert voltages, say from 240 down to 120.
