Bank On Panamax For Serious Protection |
Panamax keeps signals clean by putting their technology between the source of distortion (the power outlet) and the destination (your valuable component). The Max 5300-EX provides three noise-isolated outlet banks. Outlet Bank 1 has four always-on outlets. Power will only be turned off under a fault condition. Power is cleaned by a three-stage balanced Pi filter which also provides noise isolation from Outlet Banks 2 and 3. Outlet Bank 2 has four switched outlets controlled by the front panel Power Button or the DC Trigger input. Bank 2 will turn on immediately and turn off after 10 seconds. EMI/RFI noise filtration is provided by a three-stage balanced Pi filter which also provides noise isolation from Outlet Banks 1 and 3. Outlet Bank 3 has two switched, high-current outlets controlled by the front panel Power Button or the DC Trigger input. Bank 3 has a five-second turn on delay and turns off immediately. The high-current outlets provide power from a low impedance noise filtration circuit that does not limit the current to your equipment. Its output is noise isolated from all other outlet banks. |
It's In The Circuitry |
Panamax's AVM Circuitry continuously monitors the incoming line voltage and disconnects your equipment in the event of an over voltage or under voltage (brownout). Voltage can be visually monitored with the digital voltmeter: a red lightning bolt below the voltmeter will flash to indicate an under or over voltage condition. Power to the connected equipment is automatically turned off if either of these conditions is detected. When voltage returns to a safe level, power to the equipment is automatically reconnected. |

The Panamax Max 5300-EX has all of your connection needs covered. The two HD Satellite TV Coax Jacks have their bidirectional protection circuit optimized for satellite TV signal lines. The two HD Cable TV Coax Jack have their bidirectional protection circuit optimized for cable TV, off-air antennas and cable modem signal lines. The two LAN Jacks have protection circuits configured for 10/100 baseT Ethernet lines, and the two Phone Jacks have protection circuits configured for standard telephone or pay-per-view lines. |
