Power surges can be devastating to a home theater system. The MFP300 safeguards your equipment against all surges with Protect or Disconnect circuitry. Designed specifically for use with flat panel plasma, LCD, and DLP high-definition televisions, the MFP300 protects and cleans your power with Panamax's patent pending AVM&trade circuitry. This technology continuously monitors the incoming line voltage and disconnects your equipment in the event of an over voltage or under voltage (brownout). Power is automatically reconnected when voltage returns to a safe level, eliminating service calls or system downtime. Top and bottom mounting brackets make installation easy and prevent more clutter from piling up on the floor. (Universal mounting bracket included).

It's in the connectivity details

You've got the MFP300 in your hands. Before you plug it in, check out the connections. You find one pair of bidirectional protection circuits that are optimized for satellite, cable, and antenna TV signal lines. Just around the corner appear two outlets. They both provide always-on filtration for HDTV, so you get to enjoy clearer images and less artifacts bleeping across your flat panel. Next is the bright blue power and filtration indicator LED light. One glance at the bright blue light and you know that the surge protector is functioning properly and that all connected equipment is protected. The second vivid LED light lets you know when the unit is plugged into a properly wired outlet. If the MFP300 is plugged into an outlet with reversed L-N wiring or open ground, the LED is OFF.

After you've explored the MFP300's connections, it's time to see what it's got. Mount the MFP300 onto the wall thanks to the convenient top and bottom mounting brackets. Plug the MFP300 into a wall outlet with the 6 ft. fixed AC power cord. Make sure the LED lights glow blue. You're ready to enjoy a cleaner image on your flat panel.
