Dry your favorite garments without a fuss in the DLE2516W's 7.0 cu. ft. capacity. It gives you five programs (cotton/towels, normal, delicates, speed dry, air dry) so you get just the right amount of drying time and temperature for specific loads. These preset cycle selections provide worry-free settings for optimal fabric care. You can even save your favorite cycle preferences using the Custom Program feature. Sensor dry system

The DLE2516W has a special sensor dry system that measures the moisture in the drum during the cycle, then automatically adjusts the drying time and temperature, saving energy (and money on your electricity bill) and lengthening the life of your clothes. But if you like to set things up yourself, you have plenty of other options. In addition to the five programs listed above, there are also 5 temperature controls (high, medium high, medium, low, ultra low) and 5 drying levels (very dry, more dry, normal dry, less dry, damp dry). You can also use the drying times preset on the washer (60 min., 50 min., 40 min., 30 min., 20 min., more/less time). An end of cycle beeper lets you know when it's time to start folding.

The little things that count

There are a lot of features on the DLE2516 that make it a pleasure to use. An easy-to-use electronic control panel with Dial-A-Cycle&trade gets your clothes drying in no time. There's a 4-way venting option, and a drum light to make sure you removed all of your socks. 4 adjustable leveling legs keep everything in line, and a remaining time display/status indicator keeps up to date with how the process is going. With the wrinkle care cycle, dry clothes are periodically tumbled without heat to reduce wrinkles. You can even watch your towels as they spin around, thanks to the silver rimmed door with clear glass.
