I purchased the Zvox 220 for my 26 flatscreen to supplement the audio and the sound quality from such a small unit excellent. Plus, the fact it is very reasonably priced.

I bought this for my parents, who were disappointed in the sound from their new TV. Set the TV on the Zvox, plugged it in, and hooked up with one simple cable. The remote is simple to use and according to the 1 page instruction manual, I can train the dish remote to recognize it. Took about 5 minutes, start to finish.
The sound isnt exceptional, but only heard the TV through it. Expect a movie soundtrack would be better.
It was a little expensive for use just as a TV speaker, but appears it would easily support a variety of devises.

I needed a small sized soundbar for a 13 flat-screen TV in my kitchen. The available space was limited and the soundbar would have to sit on top of a corner cabinet above the TV. The Z-Base 220 was the only one I could find with dimensions that would work. Wow! What a wonderful choice! The sound is rich and full, equal to a much larger unit with wider separated speakers. The sound fills the room so that you cant even notice that it is placed a couple of feet above the TV. Music sounds great. I plan to buy another unit for our bedroom. Five stars, two thumbs up, whatever terminology you want to use - this sound bar is excellent.
P.S. Very easy to install and Vanns was super to deal with.
