Tasty right down to the tweeter

Mmmmm mmmmm. Nothing is more mouth watering than a piece of rich red velvet cake with sweet yet tart sour cream frosting. It satisfies on so many levels. And so does the Klipsch KHC-6. Constructed on a rigid, low-resonance cast-polymer frame, the two-way KHC-6 delivers notably robust bass from its 6.5" IMG-cone woofer. On the high end, its coaxially mounted 1" aluminum-dome compression driver tweeter is mated to a 100° Klipsch Tractrix Horn, which raises the driver's efficiency and controls its radiation pattern to minimize detail-blurring reflections from walls, floor, and ceiling. The tweeter can also be swiveled to focus the sound where needed, like towards your vestibulocochlear nerves instead of the floor in the corner of the room.

Molded into a sculpted, low-diffraction baffle, the KHC-6's 1-inch Tractrix Horn-loaded tweeter delivers effortlessly detailed midrange and treble. The Tractrix Horn's carefully calculated flare dramatically increases driver efficiency, allowing production of very high sound levels with minimal amplifier power and no strain or distortion. It also controls the sound's directivity, ensuring excellent coverage of the listening area while minimizing detail-obscuring reflections off of walls, floor, and ceiling. Fed by a smooth, accurate aluminum-dome tweeter, the Tractrix Horn is the key to the vibrantly realistic, emotionally compelling Klipsch Sound Experience.
