The Samsung RF4287HAWP is anything but your typical refrigerator. Its four-door design immediately sets it apart from the crowd. But even for a four-door fridge, this one is special. Most four-door refrigerators have a french door refrigerator compartment and a two freezer drawers. While this is certainly a more convenient way to organize a bottom-freezer, it's nowhere near as convenient as the RF4287HAWP. Rather than use two freezer drawers, this four-door beauty features a middle FlexZone drawer. The FlexZone drawer is positioned at counter-height to provide easy access to the food inside for people of all ages. Inside, an organizer lets you partition your favorite foods into sections. Samsung thought of everything in this unit. Its a smart design for a busy kitchen. I like the versatility in the shelving design, but more important than that, is its capacity...far more payload over our previous side by side of equal cubic footage. I was apprehensive about the stainless finish in the same room with a bisque dishwasher and range, but in natural room light the Samsung takes on a bit of a taupe cast, which looks pretty classy!
