I am very happy with this washer. I sent the LG 2010 back to a competitor because I could not get wash water hotter than 95º. This Amana has an unadulterated Hot Wash setting, and the Automatic Water Temp settings are reasonable temperatures. Whatever cycle I choose, the machine remembers my customized choice, like a dishwasher. The tub is not as humongous as some of the machines but I like that better because I sort my laundry and usually cant fill the tub anyway with just whites, darks, colors, etc. Also it is easier to reach in for the clothes in the smaller tub. You can pause the machine to add a forgotten item or to feel the temperature of the water. It has a good assortment of cycles I just wish the owners manual described each cycle in more detail. This washer will stack with the matching dryer but I dont have mine stacked.

I was told by a competitor that this model is being discontinued thats how I ended up buying it at Vanns, so if you want it, dont delay. With the Vanns Cash for Clunkers rebate, it ends up cheaper than from the competitor.
