I have owned the Panasonic projection televison set,shwn above, for only one week. I am very pleased with eveything about it. The picture and sound are fantastic. I researched products, similar, for over one month. I compred the products in the local area and on line and found this to be the superior product in every way. I found the price to be very attractive. ANyone interested in a purchase of this kind would do well to deal with your company.

I recently purchased the Panasonic PT50LCZ70 this past weekFebrurary 10,2008 and I am truly pleased with this superb television! It is exactly as advertised on the Vanns website. I would recommend this television to anyone looking for a new television and for the price you really cannot go wrong whatsoever. This is the first purchase I have made from Vanns but it certainly wont be the last. When I contacted customer service by telephone they were very helpful with all of my questions. The 3 HDMI connection feature is great and all the multiple connection options on this television makes this television a very good one to own. It is also very easy to set up straight out the box as well. Thanks a MILLION Vanns!

I purchsed the flatscreen LCD TV after looking around for the last several months. Finally I bought Panasonic PT50LC70 because I think it is one of the better HDMI based LCD TV on the market and best for the money.

PROS The the viewing screen is just great due to 169 native aspect ratio. The SD slot allows to view all the photos in slide view mode which I just loved. The clarity of the pictures is just great. The multiple HDMI connections are handy and allow the best video signals possible. There are also options for input connections via Component video, s-video or RF. Using the right connection is the key to get the best from any LCD TV. On the remote, you can select the input mode and compare. I hooked up Component video and RF video and I could immediately see the better quality autio-video via the Compositive video input signal from my cable box. HDMI can carry both audio and video, and provides the best digital signals. The remote control functions are easy to understand and the initial setup was a breeze.. just followed the on-screen commands.

CONS No major cons really. I wish the unit had come with the wires needed to hook the HDMI inputs. The turning on takes few seconds while the bulb gets ready. The same is true when turn off the TV. Panasonic makes it clear that the unit will take about 10 seconds to turn off while the fan runs for about 10 seconds even after the unit is turned off.

This was my first purchse at Vanns. The purchasing experience with Vanns was great. They send you an easy-to-follow shipping instructions and procedures via email. I truly had a very good experience with Vanns customer support.
