Transaction was smooth. We were hesitant buying something of this value online. Vanns sent an email for order confirmation. When the TV was shipped we recieved a tracking number. The website kept us informed at every stop the TV made and when we could expect it to be here. The delivery folks contacted us a few days prior to expected delivery and informed us of the time they expected to be here. They were right on time. The delivery man waited while we opened the box and inspected the TV. Every thing was fine so we accepted it. Very smooth.

Wife was really worried about the size. Thought it would be too big for our small living room. Anyway, we hooked it up to regular cable immediately and she was sure happy. A few days later she had Comcast set up HD cable. Let me tell you, She loves it. The narrow bezel allows you to focus on the screen without distraction. The picture without HD is greatWe are watching Star Trek Next Generation right now which was made before HD. When you watch a movie in HD itll blow your socks off. The sound is great without it connected to the stereo as well. Plenty of connections in back to support anything you want to do with it. Our entertainment PC is connected now and our family pictures are unbelievable.
You wont be disappointed!
