I love this TV! Delivery was very fast and package showed up in great condition. The picture and sound on this TV is more than I expected and I love the swivel stand so I can turn the screen to the perfect viewing angle. Would definately recommend this product and Vanns is a great store to deal with. Only complaint is it does not have an audio out port for my receiver. I hooked it up to the speaker outlet so I can use the receiver.

My moms old CRT finally went to the curb. This 42 LCD is more than enough in the features department to meet her viewing needs. The cable box looks great. The DVD player is as good as it can get in progressive scan mode and the raw cable feeds proves the great value of this set. The set up was really easy and the remote is simple to use. The electric bill should be a bit lower, too. Plenty of volume.

This is my second LG LCD TV and its even better than my other one, the 42LD450 model. The picture quality is excellent, especially HD content, and has 3 HDMI inputs which is nice. The USB input on this one plays video files as well as pictures and music which is a nice improvement over my other model. It plays most common video formats - mkv, mp4, mov, avi, wmv - which is great if you have an external hard drive. The speakers on this model are a little weak. I've noticed some crackling in the audio if theres too much bass, especially when using the Auto Volume feature. When using Simplink, other devices may turn on the TV but won't switch the input to them automatically which you'd think it should. I'd also like more composite inputs, this unit only has 2.
